If you have been feeling a little gluttonous over the last few weeks, you are not alone. Smoothies are my go-to weekday breakfast selection as they take minutes to prepare and can be really filling, especially when adding protein powder! Winter Berry Smoothie is the perfect way to hit that reset button. For a thicker smoothie or smoothie bowl texture, add almond milk, flaxseed, hemp seeds, peeled and sectioned orange, frozen berries, and baby spinach and you're good to go! Oh! try topping it up with cacao nibs before blending to keep your taste buds entertained. Now you're off to a healthy new day!

Ingredients:

  • 360 milliliters Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 7 grams Ground Flax Seed
  • 10 grams Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Navel Orange (peeled and sectioned)
  • 280 grams Frozen Berries
  • 60 grams Baby Spinach
  • Sprinkle of Cacao Nibs

Directions:

Place all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, add some cacao nibs and enjoy! (Pour into a mason jar if you are on the go.)
