Shipping policy

Please note: Most of our items are Product Printed to Order. Our makers are distributed across the country—and in some cases, around the globe—so your order may ship in multiple parcels to get everything to you as quickly as possible. There is no extra cost for split shipments.

Please double-check that you have selected the correct size or model before checkout to avoid disappointment. Once an item enters production it can’t be changed.

Shipping Costs

  • $9.95 Flat-Rate Shipping on all orders (unless a promotion states otherwise).

All drink products (Koko Pods and Instant Koko) ship via Amazon. Non-drink items ship with our trusted fulfilment partners.

Production & Dispatch Timeframes

  • Printed books (hardcover & softcover): Printed to order. Please allow around 7 business days for production before dispatch.
  • Umbrellas: Made to order and in high demand. Please allow up to 20 days for production plus shipping time. See the Shipping Policy below for delivery estimates.
  • Apparel (tees, hoodies, tops): Printed to order. Please allow 3–6 business days for production before dispatch.
  • Activewear & Hawaiian shirts: Made to order. Please allow around 5 business days for production before dispatch.
  • Phone accessories, tech accessories & unique gifts: Please allow around 7 business days for production before dispatch.
  • All other printed-to-order items: Please allow around 4 business days for production before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Windows (after dispatch)

  • Australia: Approximately 4–16 business days, depending on product type and destination.
  • New Zealand: Approximately 7–14 business days, depending on product type and destination.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, regional courier delays, or peak demand periods. Where available, we always select the fastest shipping option for your location.

Customs, Taxes, Duties & Fees

The Koko Samoa is not responsible for import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your local government. These costs are the recipient’s responsibility. Please contact your customs office for estimates. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable for packages refused due to duties.
