At The Koko Samoa, we offer various purchase options such as subscriptions and pre-orders to enhance your shopping experience. This cancellation policy outlines how you can manage and cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription:
- To cancel or change your subscription, you can manage it anytime through the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
- Simply click the link to access your order and make any necessary changes to your subscription.
Important Note on Subscriptions:
- We reserve the right to remove the subscription option at any time due to stock availability, discontinued products, or changes in business direction. We will provide as much notice as possible to minimize any inconvenience.
Out-of-Stock Situations:
- If a recurring order falls at a time when a product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.
- If we cannot fulfill the order within 14 days, we will issue a refund for that month.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
How to Cancel a Pre-order:
- You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
- If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Price Changes and Subscription Savings
• The regular price of our products may change in the future, which may affect the savings on your subscription. However, if you find that the subscription price you pay is less than the current listed one-off price, get in touch with us at support@thekokosamoa.com.
• We will be happy to work out a better deal for you. If we can’t provide a better deal, we will happily cancel your subscription without any penalties.
