Simple Cacao Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 100g raw cashews grounded
  • 100g mejool dates pitted
  • 30g desicated coconut plus extra to roll in.
  • 40g cacao powder
  • 1 tbspn chia seeds
  • 1 tbspn Cacao nibs
  • 1 tbspn coconut oil
  • 1 tspn vanilla Essence
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Food grade essential oils of either peppermint or orange. Roughly 4-6 drops

Method

Blend cashews in a heavy duty blender, until finely ground. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend til it comes together. Roll into balls and roll in extra coconut
Store in the fridge. Enjoy!!
