- 100g raw cashews grounded
- 100g mejool dates pitted
- 30g desicated coconut plus extra to roll in.
- 40g cacao powder
- 1 tbspn chia seeds
- 1 tbspn Cacao nibs
- 1 tbspn coconut oil
- 1 tspn vanilla Essence
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: Food grade essential oils of either peppermint or orange. Roughly 4-6 drops. You might also try peanut butted.
Blend cashews in a heavy duty blender (food processor) until finely ground. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend til it comes together. Roll into balls and roll in extra shredded coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!!
